My Background
I grew up in a small town in New England. My journey has been marked by triumph over adversity, as I've battled substance abuse for a decade before finding solace in sobriety. It was during the early days of my healing process, when emotions were overwhelming, that I turned to writing as a form of catharsis. And now three years later, my first book, LET ME OUT will be published!
Writing
LET ME OUT emerged as a result of emotional release. Through my personal narratives, I aim to reach young adults who have experienced slipping through cracks of our broken systems. I delve into topics such as substance abuse in young children, generational traumas, and the quest for self-expression in a world that often seeks to make people invisible.
